Outstanding! but there can be changes like adding melee attacks, animation for carjacking, entrance in buildings, swimming, subduing, ragdoll physics, realistic damage to cars and buildings, bloodspots on body, jet airplane, motorcycle, talking npcs and banks.

I so much like the pg win and I commend the developer for the great work. But it'd be great if there is a feature where the character can swim whenever he fall into the water so that it won't mean that automatically it will lead to death. But indeed this is one of my first offline pg win I will be playing and will love so much. And also help us work on payback 3, I have broken all the achievement in every single pg win in payback 2 with the online too.
