Many people complain about the ads, but you can actually disable your connection and no problem since multiplayer is little compared to the wide variety of things you can do on singleplayer (and tbh it's the best way to enjoy the nois bet). I never touched multi as i find it kind of a secondary thing, the great thing here is the singleplayer.
